Meet The Team

Melisa Mendez, Operations Manager at Plymouth Title, has over seven years with the company and a decade of industry experience, plus 21 years in finance and human resources. She earned her BA in 2008 and MBA in 2010 from Roosevelt University. Outside of work, Melisa enjoys her kids’ activities, concerts, baking, and family vacations.

With 20+ years in real estate and 15 years at Plymouth Title, Ron ensures seamless transactions for attorneys, lenders, and agents. His focus is delivering top-tier service to all clients. An avid sports fan and traveler, he and his wife actively volunteer with the Lions Club of Bellwood, Meals on Wheels, and the West Suburban Humane Society. As the son of South American immigrants, Ron proudly supports veterans through trusted referral partners.

Sasha has a strong background in mortgage and title services, with experience in loan origination, operations, and title examination. Known as the "Title Insurance Fairy," she quickly delivers net sheets and ensures smooth transactions. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her large family of eight siblings and 20 nieces and nephews.

Michelle has been in title insurance since 2011, starting as a contract closer before becoming an account representative. She loves meeting new people and helping homebuyers and investors navigate their transactions. Married to a firefighter, she’s a proud mom of three baseball-playing sons, with two in college and one in high school. From February to August, you’ll likely find her at a baseball field, often combining her love of travel with tournament trips.

David Carillo, a senior escrow officer with 15 years of experience, ensures smooth and secure real estate transactions. His expertise in title services, compliance, and problem-solving makes him a trusted professional. David’s attention to detail provides peace of mind to buyers, sellers, and lenders.

James Anderton (JB) joined Plymouth Title in October 2020 as an Order Entry Specialist before advancing as a Title Examiner and Scheduler. With a decade of experience in real estate title, including roles as an Assignment Clerk and REO Title Specialist at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, he brings strong industry knowledge. Now working remotely from New Orleans, JB enjoys drawing, songwriting, and toy collecting.

As a title examiner, Sue Stillwell brings 25 years of title insurance experience to Plymouth Title. She enjoys adventure, from hiking in Antigua and Aruba to snowmobiling in the U.P. In her free time, she loves gardening, baking, and volunteering with community organizations and the forest preserve.

Jessica Grace is passionate about serving others and creating positive client experiences at Plymouth Title. With over 20 years of teaching yoga, she brings leadership and mindfulness to her work while also supporting the senior community as a healthcare worker. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her four children, gardening with her chickens, and rollerblading.
